Boxing 101 Group Workout (60 min):
If you’re looking for a variety in your fitness routine, try the Boxing 101 Group Workout. You will learn the basic boxer’s stance and how to follow through on a punch (don’t worry…the only thing getting hit is a bag!).
Everyone involved in the Boxing 101 Group Workout session will work through traditional 3-minute rounds of heart pumping fun with a 1- minute rest in between rounds.
A typical workout includes warm-ups, shadowboxing, heavy bag, speed bag, jump rope, mitt work, the all important calisthenics (boxers count on it for endurance!), and stomach work.
Advanced Boxing Group Workout (60 min):
Now that you know the basic boxing moves it’s time to step it up – right into the boxing ring!
This workout is for those who are ready to take their training to the next level. Incorporating the Basic Boxing Workout with more intense endurance drills and heavy mitt work. The Advanced Workout involves learning more techniques, footwork, combinations and shadowboxing that amateur boxers and professionals use to succeed and progress.
Please note: The Advanced Workout isn’t for the faint-hearted! The Basic Boxing Workout or prior boxing experience is strongly suggested.
Personal Training (60 min):
For the individual who is looking to get in shape fast or learn better technique.
Individual Personal Training is where the focus is on you. You will meet with a trainer and develop a personal training program for getting in shape, losing weight or toning up. They will work closely with you to develop healthy lifestyle changes to help you reach optimum health.
Our goal is to help you achieve your goal.
$50/hour – does not include classes or gym membership
Throughout the year we offer a variety of hard-core intense boot camps such as our famous Cinder Block Boot Camp (in conjunction with E-C2).
