    It’s all about every individual woman who attends, you get the opportunity to lose weight, keep fit and have fun. You set yourself realistic goals with an amazing sense of achievement. We are a motivational and empowering boxing club welcoming all.

    Includes every aspect of training from losing weight, keeping fit to circuits, bag work, pads, abs, skipping, sparring etc.

    If you box you are a risk taker. If you are a woman and you box you are a risk taker and a rule breaker. Boxing is like a victorious repossession of strength for a woman, a more mature claim to womanhood. Who says high heels and a deadly left hook are contradictory?

      Love this, good exercise and training! Jason is brilliant, harsh but knows how to train proper!!!

      I have been going to this Gym for about 6 weeks and I totally love it, I am a woman of 63 (and the oldest there)
      it is hard work, fun and never boring, Jason is a brilliant coach who gives us a variety of tasks and I have never seen such a brilliant lot of girls all in one place (there isn’t a bad one amongst them) they are all hard working and there are quite a few very good boxers, (i am hoping to get better at it as time goes by even for an oldie lol) If any of you women would like to do female boxing or kick boxing this is the place to go, so give it a try, you wont be disappointed !!!
