You won’t find the grim, solemn or unfriendly atmosphere you often find in professional boxing gyms, we want people to feel like they are welcome. Most of Shanghai’s white collar boxers train in this gym and we have a number of professional boxers that use the facility outside of class hours.
Our goal is to share the sport of boxing in China and make it accessible for all.

Every weeknight there are classes focused on either beginners boxing and fitness, or intermediate and advanced drills.
‘Women’s Boxing’ – for women only. Once girls have the basics down (normally through bootcamp) they can take part in these 1 hour sessions and further develop their skills with intermediate drills, learning drills such as how to properly work a heavy bag and throw combinations at pads. Every session has a mean fitness session to finish up the class!
Our biggest success story so far: one of our participants lost 23 kgs in 10 weeks!
